Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Period
You may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- All Golf Gloves (including All Weather Gloves and Leather Gloves)
- Headwear (all caps and hats)
- Base Layers and Mid Layers (including items listed under Base Layers and Mid Layers in our menu)

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method using the following timeframes:

Exchanges
