Returns Period
You may return most unused items in their original condition within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Golf gloves (all types including All Weather Gloves and Leather Gloves)
- Headwear (caps and hats)
- Base layers and mid layers
These items are exempt from return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Complete the returns form below and include it with your shipment. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include the completed returns form.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Exchanges
